Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the June issue of our newsletter.

Good news! At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia decided to lower the cash rate by 25 basis points to 3.50%, effective 6 June 2012. We now wait with interest to see what the lenders do with their home loan rates.

In this issue you can find out ways to eliminate your mortgage faster, make sure your property purchase is not a lemon and we show you some tips for prospective landlords. We discuss if property is still a Super Investment and the differences between an offset and redraw account.

Please feel free to contact us about any matter - we are always happy to hear from you and to assist!

Kind regards,

Donna Westwood
