Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the August issue of our newsletter.

At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia decided to leave the cash rate unchanged at 2%.

In this issue we discuss if Australian house prices are in a bubble, what the taxation effect a self managed super fund has when investing in direct property and find out if it is okay to sub-let a rental property. In addition, we show you how to become a successful property investor and we show you how to end a tenancy agreement.

Please feel free to contact us about any matter - we are always happy to hear from you and to assist!

Kind regards,

Donna Westwood
