Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the April issue of our newsletter.

At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia decided to leave the cash rate unchanged again at 1.5%.

In this issue see how you can de-clutter your house before marketing it for sale, why it is a good idea to keep good records when investing in property and see the pros and cons of selling and buying at auction. In addition, we give you the run down on the rules and regulations on cooling off periods in New South Wales and for a bit of fun try our Sudoku puzzle.

Please feel free to contact us about any matter - we are always happy to hear from you and to assist!

Kind regards,

Donna Westwood
