     Pesto Smoked Salmon Pasta


Pasta is incredibly versatile and easy to cook, but for those who want to elevate their go-to Spaghetti Bol, try this delicious smoked salmon combo.

It’s simple to prepare, packed full of flavour, and perfect for group entertaining when you’re short on time

Cooking Method: boiled     Difficulty: easy     Cooking time: less than 30 minutes

Serves: serves 4     Cuisine: Italian


  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts lightly toasted
  • 200 g hot smoked salmon roughly torn
  • 6 tablespoons Gourmet Thai Pesto
  • Shaved parmesan for serving


Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, add spaghetti and cook as per the instructions on the pack or until al-dente (still slightly firm to the bite), drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, add the freshly cooked spaghetti, half the pesto, all of the pine nuts and torn salmon.

Stir through gently until all spaghetti is well coated. Continue to add pesto until it reaches your desired sauciness.

You don’t have to use it all, or you could add even more!

Serve with shaved parmesan and enjoy
