Pricing
The cost is determined by your choice of:
- Design Setup – Quickstart or a Customised design
- Distribution frequency – monthly bi-monthly, quarterly or one-off
- Send method – Self Send or Prepare & Send
We accept direct debit through VISA and MasterCard. Alternatively, for payment by Bartercard or from Bank Account call 1300 761 330 for more information.
Should you require a refund, please contact us via the Customer Enquiry Form and include the reasons for your refund request. Biz-e-news clearly describes all services, costs and Terms of Use before you
sign-up for a 12 month contract. Biz-e-news will consider each refund request individually and notify you of the outcome within 48 hours of receipt of request.

Included in the setup fee is: 1) your professional graphic design template including company branding, 2) account setup, and 3) importing of your client list (or you have the option to import your list yourself).
Yes. We use a contract to protect both parties and it contains all terms and conditions that each party needs to abide to.
Email Lists
No. Biz-e-news can only be used with email lists containing recipients with whom you have permission to communicate. Please read our Anti-spam Policy.
Biz-e-news will never rent, share or sell your list, and your list is safe behind our heavily protected firewalls. Your list will reside in your Biz-e-news account until you remove it. Should you close your Biz-e-news account for any reason we will send you your list and delete it from your account. For more details read our Privacy Policy.
Firstly, prepare your list file with the fields: first name, last name, email address (additional fields are not required but your list can be customised to accept them), and save the file as either .csv (comma separated values) or .xls (Microsoft® Excel® Spreadsheet). Then email your list to us via the Customer Enquiry Form. You MUST have email addresses to send an eNewsletter and the correctness of your data is your responsibility.
To use the contacts from your Microsoft® Outlook®, you must export your Contact folder to a .csv (Comma Separated Values) or .xls (Microsoft® Excel® Spreadsheet) and send it via our Customer Enquiry Form.
