Does Biz-e-News provide email lists?

Biz-e-News can only be used with email lists consisting of recipients with whom you have permission to communicate. Please read our Anti Spam Policy.

What happens to my list after I upload it in to Biz-e-News?

Biz-e-News will never rent, share or sell your list. Your list is safe behind our heavily protected firewalls. Your list will reside in your Biz-e-News account until you remove it. For more details read our Email Privacy Policy.

How do I get my list imported in to my Biz-e-News account?

Simply forward your list to clientservices@bizenews.com. We will accept your email addresses in 2 formats; .csv (Comma Separated Values) and .xls (Microsoft® Excel® Spreadsheet). All we need is first name, last name, email address and salutation.

If I want to use the email addresses I have in my Microsoft® Outlook® Address book, how do I get them in to Biz-e-News?

To use the contacts from your Microsoft® Outlook®, you must export your Contact folder to a .csv (Comma Separated Values) and .xls (Microsoft® Excel® Spreadsheet) and send to clientservices@bizenews.com.

What if I don't have an email list?

No Problem. It's time to get started! There are several ways you can collect email addresses. Biz-e-News provides a list building tool in the form of a ‘sign up box' to be put on your website. Your site visitors can sign up for your email list and their addresses are automatically imported in to your Biz-e-News account.

Other ways to collect would be to set up a sign-up sheet at your front counter, or when you collect customer/prospect details simply have customers provide you with their email addresses. You will import these into your Biz-e-News account. Just make sure that any time you touch base with someone, you are sure to ask them to sign up to your list.

What if I want my email campaign to match my website?

Biz-e-News will work with you on designing a customised template with the look and feel to match your website and company image.

Biz-e-News has standing relationships and ongoing dialogue with many of the leading ISPs and blacklists. This includes the sharing of information regarding policies, practices and issues. Biz-e-News has dedicated resources on the team to make sure that we do everything possible to make sure that your email gets delivered successfully.

What do I have to do to get started?

All you need to do is provide your logo and any photos that you may want to use, select one of our ‘tried and tested' templates, choose some articles from our easy-to-use Menu and follow the prompts.

If you wish to request a web-based demonstration, simply call or send an email service request and a consultant will call to assist you. If you wish to have a template customised, contact our Service department for assistance.
