What’s the cost?	The cost depends on your choice of set-up, the number of subscribers, and the number of add-on selections you choose. See our Pricing Plans
How can I pay?	We accept direct debit through, Visa and MasterCard. All payments will be debited via NAB IMAS system (soon to be online under a strict security system). For payment by Bartercard call our support line for more information.
What is the Biz-e-News Refund Policy?	If you require a Refund, please email Support and notify the reason for your Refund request. Biz-e-News clearly describes all services, all costs and Terms of Use within the website before you sign-up for a 12 month contract. Biz-e-News will consider each refund request individually and notify you of the outcome within 48 hours of receipt of request.
Can I only pay in Australian Dollars (AUD)?	Australian dollars are the home currency. Please see our currency converter if you wish to pay in any other currency.
What does the set-up fee cover?	That depends on the type of set-up you have selected. For more details read our Pricing Plans.
Is there a cost to customise Biz-e-News templates?	There is a one-time cost to customise Biz-e-News templates if what you require is outside the standard structure. For more details read our Pricing Plans.
Do I have to sign a contract to use Biz-e-News?	Yes, we do have a contract that protects all the parties. It contains all the terms and conditions that each party needs to abide by. There is no obligation to commit to a certain number of Campaigns when signing up to our Personalised Template, unless paying off the initial set-up cost; then we will require a commitment that lasts the length of the agreed upon payment schedule.

Note that at times Biz-e-News has specials that may involve a set commitment.
