Who can submit a support request?
A user who has a current (paid) program with Biz-e-News™ may submit an Online Services request. Support will be provided for those questions and issues forwarded to Biz-e-News.
In addition, any enquiries about any of our products or packages or our Referral program will be submitted to our Support Team.
