Good news! At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia decided to lower the cash rate by 50 basis points to 3.75%, effective 2 May 2012.

In this issue we discuss whether to fix the interest rate on your loan, how to choose the right loan for you and all about the recent house price rises. We also show you what you may want to consider when purchasing an investment property and make sure your purchase property is not a lemon.
