Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the July issue of our newsletter.

At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia decided to leave the cash rate unchanged again at 1.5%.

In this issue we show you the recent changes to stamp duty for first home buyers in NSW, we show you what to look out for in property transactions with GST and see the five landscaping tips if you are considering selling your house. In addition, read about what drives yield in commercial real estate and why landlords and real estate agents are moving to prevent Airbnb's.

As of Monday, 17 July 2017, our office will be relocating to 26 Evans Road, Hornsby Heights. Please note all other contact details will remain unchanged.

Please feel free to contact us about any matter - we are always happy to hear from you and to assist!

Kind regards,

Donna Westwood
